I have noticed that my smartphone heats up quickly; especially during tasks like gaming / video calls.
It seems to happen more often when it's charging. Do you think this is more likely a battery issue; or could it be caused by software running in the background? I have checked viewforum.php?f=17msbi guide but the issue remains unresolved .
Should I try adjusting settings; clearing apps; or is it time to replace the battery?
Any advice on troubleshooting /preventing overheating would be really helpful!
